USDSGD & USDHKD View-Only Mode Update

We’d like to share an upcoming update regarding USDSGD (US Dollar vs Singapore Dollar) and USDHKD (US Dollar vs Hong Kong Dollar) on D Prime

Starting from 10 May 2026, 00:00 (UTC+3), both symbols will be moved to view-only mode

This means USDSGD and USDHKD will remain visible on the trading platform for reference, but opening new positions will no longer be available. 

From the effective time: 

  • USDSGD and USDHKD will remain visible on the platform  
  • You may still view symbol details and related market information 
  • Opening new positions will no longer be supported for these products  
  • Existing open positions should be reviewed and managed in advance  

If you currently hold open positions in USDSGD or USDHKD, we recommend reviewing them before 10 May 2026, 00:00 (UTC+3)

To help ensure a smooth transition, please arrange to close any related positions ahead of the effective time. 

Any remaining open positions after this time will be automatically closed by the system.
